Phyllis maintains a private practice as a career management consultant and Intentional Leadership® coach, conducts personal growth seminars and provides keynote speeches, and is dedicated to helping individuals discover and fulfill their purpose in life. As President of Lundy Leadership, she also designs and conducts experiential and interactive learning experiences for organizations, helping them achieve their goals by creating work environments that foster the growth and creativity of the people who work in them.
