Change for Good!
~How to Let Go of a Bad Habit and Create a Better One~

Have you ever attempted to change a long-standing habit? If you have, you know that, although it can be done, it usually takes time and often is not easy. However, in the past few years, quite a lot of research on the nature of change has been conducted, bringing to light some new ideas and techniques for successfully changing our habits. The workshop draws on ground-breaking information from several recent books, including:

  • Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself: How to Lose Your Mind and Create a New One, by Dr. Joe Dispenza
  • The Power of Habit: Why We Do What We Do, by Charles Duhigg
  • Switch: How to Change Things When Change Is Hard, by Chip Heath, et al

This information, along with examples from the facilitator’s own experience with coaching clients and groups, will be distilled to help participants:

  • Understand what goes on in the brain when a habit is formed, and what needs to happen for a new habit to take its place.
  • Learn several techniques and tools for how to move yourself through the stages of change to successfully reach a goal.
  • Apply the ideas learned in the workshop to their own life and work situations.

Who should attend?

  • If you would like to change an existing habit…
  • If you would like to build a new habit into your life…
  • If you would like to walk away inspired to action…
  • And if you want to have fun exploring and engaging…
